We collect: first and last name, job title, organisation, email address, type of request, and your message.

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry and assess potential collaboration.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries submitted voluntarily through our website.
Retention: Data is deleted 12 months after the enquiry has been closed, unless a business relationship is established.

Purpose: To send news and updates about Mode Sensors and Re:Balans®.
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention: Until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
